The game only has world 1 unlocked, It is unknown if there ever was a full version with worlds 2 and 3. The games has TONS of bugs. The codes are: lambor (unlocks Sideswipe) unicron (unlocks 2-5 levels) vectorsigma (unlocks bonus stage)
