Evil Pikachu Dress Up

This dress up is for https://hmueller.deviantart.com/ who asked one for Evilchu one of her pikachus. This is preliminary based on what you see here and I tried to make it more fitting to this type of pikachu. I will add more tonight based on comments/feedback or if there aren’t any, I will add more as I feel should be. Evilchu belongs to https://hmueller.deviantart.com/.

EDIT: Includes alternate cheeks and yep underwear.
