No, I was just joking. Happy Dragon Boat Festival (Duanwu Festival)! :dance:
…Although it wasn’t a festival for celebration. It should be a festival which memorializes the commit suicide of the Chinese poet Qu Yuan…but things changes nowadays! ^^;

Plusle and Minun would of course be violating the rules if they really use a mini Rayquaza for a Dragon Boat race, of course! 😀
