This is really an extension of this dressup: Giratina Dressup v1.6 by pichu90

Also commissioned by :iconwilzenater: – this one is exclusively the ‘cosmic’ rainbow giratina in its chubbiest form along with a few item customizations and Chale, a fakemon resembling a manta ray~

I do promise more dressups in the coming weeks as I get more inspired 🙂
